An evening of....Gallagher??

Apparently, Mom or Dad had been hoarding ketchup, soy sauce, hot sauce and mustard packets for years.....when we found them....we went all Gallagher on them!  Of course, don't try this at home!

See it squirting out?

Cah-razy!

The Aftermath

It was mooncake time, so we celebrated with some mooncake!

Love to read!

Reading a Nate the Great book on the way home from school.
I love to read this series and can finish one in 20 minutes.

New dance team friend

Anna is my new friend from the team.  Her sister is on the same team as Cameron, so we spend a lot of time at the studio waiting for our older siblings.  She has an iPad and likes to share with me.  We play well together.
We are playing with Vincent's DS.

This big kid is Vincent.  He lets me play with his DS.  He really likes to share with us
while he waits for his sister.

How Kinder Goes...

So Kindergarten is going fine.  I like my friends and all, but the teacher reads to us everyday...I mean, I don't get to read books at school.  And we don't do math, and by that I mean addition.  We've been doing shapes and patterns...which I covered last year.  But I guess a review is okay.  I guess we do a lot of artwork, which I like.  We had an assessment last week and I got to stay at school one hour longer.  But it was an easy assessment.  I had to read a book.  It was an easy book.  Then I had to count....she didn't say to what, so I kept going.  She stopped me at 65.  I might have done a few other things, but they were simple.  We got a homework packet for the whole month of September...and I finished it in 2 days.  Except for the page about Johnny Appleseed.  She hasn't gone over that, so I can't draw a picture about it.  Mom is having me go over the packet and write more stuff.  Like on the pages that have us draw a picture of something that starts with a letter (I think we cover 1/3 of the alphabet).  So Mom has me go back and write as many "A" words as I can...for each of the letters.  Mom and Dad thought it would be better if I went to 1st grade, but they won't let me because of my birthday...I missed the cut off by one week.  Boo!  I could totally rock 1st grade.

Mom is supplementing me with addition and subtraction worksheets and I can read some of Cameron's books.  He recently started reading the Boxcar Childrens series...and I started them too.  And yes, I do know what is happening.  Mom quizzes me to make sure.

I usually don't use my fingers....I count with my lips..

At Cameron's guitar lessons..I'm waiting, so Mom wrote up some math
problems for me to do.

Reading book 1.

1st Performance

My first performance of the 2012-2013 dance season...was at the Art and Wine Festival.  This year, we got new tops and a new color.  Last year, I was in pink...but this year, it's orange.  Not sure which is better, but that's what it is.  We did okay...check it out and let me know what you think.

Here is a link to go to the movie.

Latest and greatest fave foods

Mom and Dad think I have weird tastes...for a 5 year old.  I like loh bak go, and escargot.  No, silly, not together.  And yes, really, snails.  Clams are pretty good too.  I also enjoy a good stinky cheese.  I can eat the blue stuff just by itself.  Although, the other day, I paired it with grapes and it was delish.  Feta is also good, as well as goat.  I'm not a fan of swiss though.  I, of course, love bacon, but prosciutto is even better.  I love tobiko, those teeny little orange eggs.  I can eat them straight from the package.  The bigger eggs are pretty good too.  Love the way they bust open in my mouth.  Salty goodness.  My favorite snack is popcorn.  It's good stuff.  I can eat a ton.  I love fruits and choy....that Paw Paw cooks.  She make the best choy.   :)
