T-Ball closing ceremonies

This is the last time you'll see me in this outfit.....T-Ball is over.  It was short, but lots of fun.  The next level up, there are more games and more practices....and it's just not my thing, so I'm going to do dance team again instead.

Fish Dissection

At school today, we did a fish dissection.  That's right.  We cut up a fish.  Put on rubber gloves and checked out the insides and outside of a fish.  It was pretty cool!

We're also learning contractions at school.  It's pretty easy, but I heard it's really for 1st graders.  I also went to my Kindergarten assessment.  That's where we get to meet the teachers and they figure out which class we should be in.  But I think I'll be in Ms B's class because that's who Cameron had.

Cameron's Birthday

Cameron had a whole weekend to celebrate his birthday. He had 4 cakes, I think.  Lucky kid....though, I got to eat all the cakes too.  So I guess I'm pretty lucky too.  It was a good weekend...

We went to California Pizza Kitchen the other day for dinner.  My brother and I love love love their Mac and Cheese.  It's the best.  And this day I was particularly hungry.  I finished the whole bowl!!  Amazing!

Notes for Mommy

I wrote these notes to Mommy one morning.  And then I left them by her door before she woke up.  

This one looks like a monster.

I need a piano....please!

Yesterday, I said to Mommy, "Now that T-ball is over, can I have piano lessons, please?"  So, someone, please give me a piano.  And lessons.  Mom is looking into it....

Mom bought Cameron and I each a summer workbook.  Mine is for 1st grade because she said the K one was going to be too easy for me....and she was right.  I was so excited that Mom got me the workbook.  I was screaming, "Thank you Mommy!  I love work!  I can only do 10 pages a day?  What if I want to do more?  Can I?  Can I?"

Then I also started reading Cameron's old Magic Tree House books.  It's a long long series of short chapter books.  I'm currently on book 3.  It's this one.  I really enjoy reading and I try to read all the time.  That or do my new summer workbook.  

Great Day in SF

Today was another big day.  We went to SF.  First, we went on a little bike ride around Lake Merced and to Stonestown Mall (to have lunch).  The weather was nice and sunny, though a little chilly.

Oh, uphill is terrible!
