We think it means grade 2...halfway thru...I can read most words...but not all. Pretty darn good though!
(I do have a hard time with punctuation....we are working on that!)

CoDance Convention
CoDance is my second dance convention. I had a 3 hour workshop early Saturday morning. Luckily, Cameron and Mom stayed at the hotel, so I got to stay one night so I could just roll out of bed and into class. I had so much fun. After the workshop, I waited patiently for Cameron to finish his classes and then we went swimming with all his friends. It was so fun.
When all the competitive teams were invited onto stage for awards,
I jumped on stage too...Hey, I was dressed in the warm-up suit and
definitely looked the part.
My roomies. Isabel, Emily and Cameron.
Nolan and I hung out watching movies on his ipod while we waited.
It stank like feet in there.

Enough T-Ball yet?
I know, I know, you must be sick of seeing my T-Ball pictures...but aren't I just too cute in my uniform?
Riding to the game.
Nice day for a ride
Cutting through the track to the field
Lined up really nice!
Thwack!
Run!
Lookie....my feet don't even touch the ground!
Oh, this is going to be good.
What did I tell you?
Running after a ball...
Caught it!

My Sistine Chapel
We've been learning about different artists and their methods. This time, it was Michelangelo. He painted the Sistine Chapel. And he had to paint the ceiling! So, we did just that!
Under our desks, we are working on our masterpiece!
Here it is. You like?
Soccer
Mom signed me up for a little soccer class. It's only 45 minutes long...which is too short, I say. But we weren't sure how I would do, since the last time I did soccer...I whined a lot. This time around it's different. I'm older and better at trying new things.
Here we are doing a drill...though we left the ball to put the cone down.
We have to run across the field, holding hands and passing the ball back and forth.
Here, looks better now.

I need more books
I have been reading up a storm. I can read level 4 books like this...
And I read the little take-home readers that Cameron gets in his weekly homework. They are only about 4-5 pages, but they're pretty easy. I have no idea why they are in his homework. They are too easy for him. I have trouble with names, as well as how to pause for commas, periods and dialogue. I'll figure it out soon.
Oh, and as embarrassing as this is, I actually am FULLY potty trained now. I used to wear diapers at night....and now I don't. Mommy helped me take care of this when we got back from HK. Mom would try like crazy to wake me up before she went to sleep. I think one time, I peed in the potty when she brought me to it. The other nights, I stood there...not peeing. Only to pee later in my bed. Oops. Mom could tell if I've made it through the night if my pajama top matches my bottom. If I come out in the morning and I'm not matchy matchy....she checks my bed. I had a weeks worth of "uh oh's" and then I've been pretty good since. I get up sometime in the middle of the night to go. Yes.

More TBall action
I had yet another T-Ball game this weekend. It was almost at the same time as Cameron's dance competition, so we missed it. Though we went to see him get his award. This week, I got to play pitcher. I don't actually get to pitch, but the ball usually ends up near me, so I got to throw the ball to 1st base. It was awesome. And even though is was super hot, I didn't complain about it. :)
Ready to hit a home run
Running to get the ball
Nice toss over to 1st base.
My turn to run
Home stretch!
After the dance competition, we went over to Uncle Chris' house.
I game Maggie a nice belly rub. She's such a nice doggy.
