Holding Ninja

Okay, well, noy me holding him.  But Mom holding him.  Ninja's not so keen on having anyone hold him. He went nuts when we took him to the vet.  But the vet said, we'd have to practice holding him for him to get used to it.  So...Mom has been working on holding him.  She started by giving him lots of head and ear massages.  He loved that.  Then she would rub his paws in between head rubs.  And then one day, she just picked him up.  She has to hold his all his legs securely...otherwise he tries to escape.  Did you know rabbits have such good hearing, they can tell when you hold your breath...cuz it means something fishy is about to happen.  Anyhow, now that Mom held him...he isn't keen on Mom now.  He avoids her like the plague....But she still tries to hold him a little bit everyday.

See how Mom is gripping his paw and legs.

He looks so cute here!

Awwww!

See how crazy he can get?  Yikes.  Mom looks like she's gonna cry!

Don't worry, she's not squeezing him too tight...
