So happy to have finally arrived in Paris. But boy is it warm here. And muggy.
The mailboxes for the apartment building. It looks like a library, but those are mailboxes! Genius!
Nice kitchen with a large fridge.
The living area. And Auntie Cc's bedroom....
The shower and sink, plus washer and dryer. The toilet and another sink were near the front door.
B and Mommy's room.
Cameron and Dad's room.
In front of the doors at the Notre Dame Cathedral.
Our apartment as viewed from the street.
Our street on the Ile St Louis, right around the corner from Berthillon ice cream...yum!
Awesome ferris wheel ride at the Jardin du Tuileries, near the Louvre. Very excited to see the Eiffel Tower! Nice view!
Okay, we are not on a roller coaster, but we had fun driving cars, then jumping on the trampolines, and fishing for ducks. We won fighter jets!
Climbing the stairs of the Eiffel Tower. We climbed 720 steps to the 2nd level, then took a nice elevator to the very top. It's windy up here!
All smiles from the top.
Favorite part of the trip: Subways and trains.
Actually, we took the funicular up to Sacre Coeur....took the stairs down though.
Cameron is reading about Quasimodo and the Notre Dame...
Brendan made up a song...
Go go Quasimodo
The hunchback of the Notre Da-ame....
(goes with the Power Rangers tune...)
At Gare de Lyon (to eat at Le Train Bleu) and can't help but get a pic with the TGV!
Behaving....
Yummy food and nice interior
We can see the Eiffel Tower
Mom shoots the "rockets" up and I can catch them! Most of the time.
At Laduree for lunch.
Eiffel Tower at dusk.
Attempting to shoot the "rocket", but not big enough to pull the elastic...
It's super windy and cold up in the Tower of the Notre Dame today.
Climbing down (up is 380 steps, did that!)
Loved spinning on this thing at the playground at the back on the ND
Puppy carrier for me?
Get ready set!!! GO!!!
Wheeeee!
Whoooo!
Sailboats at Luxumbourg were fun. But they sometimes got stuck and some guy put on waders to go get them. Both of ours got stuck at some point. Oops. But it was pretty fun!
Tired from a long day, but close to home.
Night at the Notre Dame. Great street performers. Loved the guys that did the fire sticks.
B loves his lollipops.
Back in London for one night.
Now homeward with our new Virgin Atlantic bags. Filled with activity books and stickers.
